💡About me
I am Andrey Ignatov. Hypnotherapist, psychologist, creator of the Future Workshop, author of the book “Self-Realization Techniques”.
My clients are strong, smart, adult people who come to me during burnout, pain, crisis, divorce, or search for themselves.
Now I am building the structure and team.
It is important for me to have a person in the team who will help implement, organize, and launch ideas into life.
🔥 Key task at the start — lead generation:
- Managing and controlling advertising accounts (Facebook/Instagram/Telegram).
- SMM planning, coordinating stories, posts, reposts, seedings.
- Creating and maintaining auto funnels (via AMA, Telegram bots, and mailings).
- Seedings on target platforms and in communities.
- Tracking advertising and funnel effectiveness (CPL, CTR, applications → diagnostics → sales).
- Managing lead database: updating statuses, analytics, reports.
- Working with CRM and controlling the entire chain from the first application to the session.
- Diagnosing bottlenecks, launching A/B tests, optimizing incoming flow.
📎 Format: remote, workload is self-chosen.
💸 Payment: fixed rate + % of results. There is room for growth.
🎯 Ideally, you have:
— experience in online education or launches (but not mandatory);
— structured thinking and attention to detail;
