Дальше начинается работа самого бота. Бот смотрит откуда был переход, тематика статьи и отрабатывает сценарий.
Клиент задает вопрос – сколько стоит услуга, бот распознает что его спрашивают о цене и озвучивает расценки. Должна быть несложная имитация присутствия живого человека.
Если бот не может распознать разговор с человеком идет переключение на живого оператора.
