If I understood the task correctly, it concerns the integration of several autonomous subsystems into a single data exchange and control framework. In such systems, it is necessary to define a unified interaction architecture (who is master / who is reactive), protocols and data exchange formats, coordinate model and time synchronization, event and state logic between subsystems, as well as the boundaries of responsibility for each node.
Before evaluating the implementation and timelines, I need to establish the technical outline of the system, as the architecture of the solution depends on this direction. For this, I ask you to clarify a few blocks:
1. A list of specific systems (GCS, SAS, radar, autopilot) with models and manufacturers.
2. Availability of documentation on interfaces (ICD / API / exchange protocols).
3. Types of physical and network interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, UART, etc.).
4. Format of radar output data (tracks / detections / fused targets) and update frequency.
5. The autopilot used and control protocol (MAVLink / proprietary / other).
6. The role of the automatic start system in the overall architecture (triggered vs autonomous logic).
7. Expected integration model: centralized middleware or peer-to-peer exchange.
