Project: CAD design of a barn for the hydroponic farm "Rutland Greens"
Goal: Creation of an accurate technical project for the conversion of the barn into a flagship microgreens growing farm (≈500 trays). The project should be ready for implementation and scaling for future facilities.
Barn dimensions: 5.9 m (length) × 5.3 m (width) × 3.8 m (clear height).
Condition: one-story, concrete floor, wooden frame, double doors, uninsulated walls and roof.
Required finishing works: insulation with PIR panels, vapor barrier, PVC panel cladding, epoxy floor, sealing of doors.
Preparation area (left wall, 0.9 m):
2 × stainless steel tables 2.5–3 m with shelves;
sink with a rim and faucet;
upper shelves.
Growing area (center, ~4.3 m):
3 aisles × 2 racks in a row = 6 racks;
rack: 2.4 m (length) × 0.6 m (depth) × 3.4 m (height), 12 levels;
capacity: 96 trays per rack (total ~576 trays);
aisles: 60 cm between racks, ≥76 cm central aisle;
access: ladders/movable stairs.
Harvesting area (back, 0.9–1.2 m):
stainless steel work table (3 m);

It is necessary to design solar stations on a permanent basis - both large and small. Layout of panels, calculation of generation in PV syst, selection of main and electrical equipment (this is preferable).
