I'm looking at the website and I don't like it at all. The domain is over a year old, and everything is at zero.
The meta tags, although incorrect, are present. There should be some visibility.
There is either some gross technical error, or Google simply didn't like the site, and a migration will be necessary.
That's my personal opinion.
At a minimum, we need to start with a technical audit and figure out what's wrong. Perform standard SEO tasks, and if there are no results after 4-6 months, change the domain.
