I am implementing a scenario in Make with logic for checking duplicates and automatically granting access to WebToLearn according to your specifications. The budget and deadlines will be discussed in private correspondence. Since access is granted for exactly 7 days, does WebToLearn have a built-in trial limitation parameter in the API, or do I need to implement a separate deactivator scenario through Data Store for automatic closure of access upon expiration?

Hello! I am the project manager of Business Atlas. We specialize in automating business processes through Low-code (Make, n8n) and building complex integrations.
How we implement this:
• Stack: We will build a scenario in Make that will connect ActiveCampaign and WebToLearn through their APIs.
• Trigger and filtering: We will set up a Webhook for form submission in ActiveCampaign. The scenario will instantly receive the email, name, and selected product of the client.
• Validation logic: We will use the HTTP module or a custom search module to query WebToLearn. The system will check for the user's existence by Email.
• Bypassing name restrictions: For new contacts, we will implement automatic name changes (adding random digits or order ID) to ensure registration in WebToLearn without errors of duplicate names.
• Access automation: After creating or finding a contact, the scenario will activate access to a specific product for exactly 7 days, according to the WebToLearn API documentation.
• Error handling: We will set up an Error Handler so that in case of an API failure, you receive notifications and data is not lost.
My experience is focused on Low-code tools (Make), so I will create an architecture that will work autonomously and stably, without requiring constant intervention.

Hello!

I can set up the integration ActiveCampaign → WebToLearn through Make.com.

What I can do:

1. Retrieve data from the ActiveCampaign form;
2. Check the contact in WebToLearn;
3. Grant access to the product for 7 days;
4. Create a contact with a modified name (adding numbers in case of an error);

Hello! I have extensive experience in setting up automations in Make, as well as integrations between third-party services via API, webhooks, and processing logic for checking/creating contacts.

For your task, I can set up a scenario where, after filling out a form in ActiveCampaign, the data will be sent to WebToLearn, then the automation will check for the presence of a contact, grant access to the selected product for 7 days, and if the contact does not exist, it will correctly create it considering the name limitation by adding a numerical suffix.

I suggest moving to private messages for a more detailed discussion of the technical specifications, deadlines, and costs.

Hello
I have reviewed the links to the API documentation for both services that you attached — there are all the necessary endpoints for implementing this logic.
I am ready to implement this connection.

We are the SDEV team — specialists in complex automation and integrations between services. We have experience working with ActiveCampaign, WebToLearn, and building reliable automations through Make.

The described case — transferring data from the ActiveCampaign form to WebToLearn with conditional logic — is a typical task for us. We will set up an automatic check for the presence of a contact in WebToLearn, granting access for 7 days if it exists, or creating a new one with a unique name (adding numbers to avoid conflicts) if the contact does not exist. The entire process will be stable, with error handling and logging.

Our experience includes similar projects, including CRM integration with learning platforms and automation of access grants. Example: Car search and monitoring — a complex bot for automated searching and monitoring of cars on various platforms with instant notifications.

Good day!
I can implement integration through Make with a check for the existence of a contact, creation (with error handling for the name), and granting access to the product for 7 days.
I will also test the API and ensure stable operation of the script.
I look forward to collaborating.
