Для кандидата
Функциональные обязанности:
Подбор и настройка телефонии
Настройка почты
Интеграция CRM c сайтом и другими сервисами клиента
Интеграция с 1С
Настройка существующих виджетов
Презентация amoCRM для клиента в офисе или онлайн-режиме
Обучение по продукту и аттестация сотрудников клиента (очно или онлайн)
Требования:
- CRM: основная экспертность - amoCRM; понимание основных отличий Битрикс24, Zoho CRM и других.
- Облачная телефония: Phonet, Binotel.
- Сервисы интеграции: Google Tag manager, Albato, Zapier и другие.
- Сервисы рассылок: Mailchimp, MailerLite, GetResponse, Sendpuls, SMM-центр и другие.
- Сервисы чат-ботов: Flowxo, Manychat, Leloo, Chat Fuel, Meya.
- Сервисы web и бизнес аналитики: Hojar, Google Analytics, Roistat, Kissmetrics и другие.
- Консультировать клиентов по работе с сервисами.
- Внедрять сервисы автоматизации ориентируясь под бизнес-задачи клиентов.
- Общаться с командой проекта и техподдержкой различных ресурсов.
