1. Introduction The goal of the project is to develop a CRM system based on AppSheet for managing customer inquiries, briefs, and orders. The CRM system should provide convenient tracking and management of the statuses of customer inquiries, automate the processes of interaction with customers, and maintain up-to-date information about all stages of work on orders.
2. Key functional capabilities The CRM system should include three main tabs (tables):
- Customer inquiries: This tab is designed for registering and tracking all incoming inquiries from customers.
- Brief: This tab is used for processing information from briefs filled out by customers.
- Orders: This tab is intended for managing orders and monitoring the process of their execution.

1. Вступ Мета проекту — розробити CRM систему на базі AppSheet для управління клієнтськими запитами, брифами та замовленнями. CRM система повинна забезпечити зручне відстеження та управління статусами клієнтських запитів, автоматизувати процеси взаємодії з клієнтами та підтримувати актуальну інформацію про всі етапи роботи над замовленнями.
2. Основні функціональні можливості CRM система повинна включати три основні вкладки (таблиці):
- Запити клієнтів: Ця вкладка призначена для реєстрації та відстеження всіх вхідних запитів від клієнтів.
- Бриф : Ця вкладка використовується для обробки інформації з брифів, які заповнюють клієнти.
