We’re Cronika, a fast-growing FinTech startup, and we’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our remote-first team! If you're passionate about helping people, have experience in finance or crypto, and love tech tools — this could be your next move.
🌍What you'll do:
Handle customer queries with care and clarity across live chat and email
Work with CRM and ticketing systems to manage and resolve cases efficiently
Collaborate with our product and operations teams to improve the user experience
Adjust and work with chatbots (we’d love to hear what platforms you’ve worked with!)
What we’re looking for:
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a support role, ideally in finance or crypto
✅ Solid understanding of CRM systems and ticketing platforms
✅ Comfortable working with chatbot tools (please list the ones you know!)
✅ Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher)
✅ You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love solving problems for others
