Multipanel UK (www,multipaneluk.co.uk) is a manufacturer of composite aluminium panels in Dover, UK. We are currently looking for a Database Administrator based in Kyiv to help our Managers remotely with data entry and amendment. We expect him or her to do the following:
- Control of consistency of data in the database (Access and SAP).
- Creation of new codes, making sure that all the property of the goods are created for all the items etc.
- Creation of simple documents in SAP and Access.
- Creation and sending reports based on data received from SAP and Access.
Requirements:
Accuracy when working with data.
At least intermediate level of English.
Good computer skills including Excel.
Experience of working with data /accounting systems.
Knowledge of Access or SAP will be an advantage.
Previous experience of working as an accountant will be an advantage.
During the initial period of work you will get a training and will work in close communication with our Ukrainian specialists.
