Hello!
I am looking for an interior designer for a complete design project of a private house in Revit.
The house has already been designed in Revit - there are architectural drawings, a detailed list of rooms with dimensions and purposes, as well as technical requirements for engineering systems (ventilation, air conditioning, "smart home", etc.).
What I need:
1. Architectural and interior design
• Development of furniture layout with options and refinement of the chosen solution.
• Creation of the concept and style of the interior, selection of inspiring examples and 3D models for decision-making.
• Preparation of working drawings: plans, sections, specifications, and construction details.
2. Engineering coordination
• Plumbing and sewage - plan, elevations, points, coordination with the engineer.
• Electrical and low-voltage systems - plan, outlets, fixtures, equipment, coordination with the consultant.
• Lighting - scheme, selection of fixtures, visualization.
• Air conditioning and ventilation - coordination with the HVAC engineer and reflection in the drawings.
• Ceilings and drywall - plan, details, integration of systems.
• Lists of doors and aluminum, specification of materials.
3. Finishing materials
• Floor and wall cladding plans, selection of tiles and coverings.
• Design and 3D visualization of bathrooms, selection of plumbing and accessories.
4. Furniture and carpentry
• Complete set of drawings for furniture and kitchen with sections and details.
• Selection of finishing materials, fittings, and equipment.
• 3D visualizations, assistance in material selection.
• Selection of furniture, textiles, curtains, final design solutions.
5. Support in material selection
Up to 8 online sessions:
1. Tiles, cladding, plumbing

-дизайн-проєкт (без візуалу)- від 20 $/м²;
-окремо прораховується підбір матеріалів.Проєкт у вас дійсно шикарний, і вимоги до нього теж далекі від бюджетних 🙂
Можливо, варто зазначити, що вартість умовна і уточнюється залежно від обсягу робіт?
Бо заявлена сума, погодьтесь, навряд чи покриє два місяці повноцінної роботи.
