At the expense of the icons, I would reduce them and put each into a circle or soft square, so that they look symmetrical, it can be just a contour, and maybe a color background. It would improve the right slits, and you still need to level the text below them, and then it will look great.
According to the first scenario, I can propose to place a discount offer on the photo itself in the top right corner.
