Try to make a collage from new year elements from a gently blue card - take the folds, gifts, snowflakes.
The second option is a stylized shell.
You can, for example, put the Ukrainian grid in the center of the grid, and put the Ukrainian grid in the perimeter of the box.
Another idea: a number of stylized trees, and on one of them our sigma (graph.element of the logo) - look at such a map (but I don't like the trees there, too graphic)
You can play with this option.
In general, I send you the already ready inserts - you just need to combine them and put them in a box, so let the designer apply his ideas and may also offer his ideas.
