Because all the tutorials on the internet just say to add a driver for the proxy before starting Selenium. And then to change the proxy, you need to close Selenium and open it again. But I need it to change within it without closing Selenium, like any extension does in Chrome. You don't need to close Chrome; just click and the IP changes.
