I watched the file attached to you. Instead of telling me what I am a great specialist, a few words about your logo:
The yellow on white is very badly read, unless on a black background.
- NB is the abbreviation, why the letter "B" is used in the lower register (it needs to be corrected)
- The stripes that are used in the logo are well read, but the shape causes some discomfort (or that they are too thick or reversed)
Working with the font, the cerning itself is supposed.
I suggest to abandon this option or to re-work it. I will give you 2 strong, finished options for your choice.

Good day ! Ready to repair your logo. I don’t know what it is written until you read the name of the company. This is a small disadvantage that can be improved. I also recommend replacing the firm name font with a more strict and fat.
Regarding the vector and the rastre, the logo should be only in the vector and no other way.
My proposal: We change the firm name font and change the letter B in the bar, removing the hat effect. The drawing in the vector.
