Improvement of the iOS application, fixing errors

There is an iOS application of a content type with a server part. The application is functional and uploaded to the App Store. When attempting a new update, the moderator says that the application does not launch on his test device (the splash screen hangs indefinitely). We cannot reproduce the error on our devices and emulators. We need to find the cause.
