Покупать и делать буду сам, нужна только рекомендация по подбору и схема куда и как правильно подключить. На данный момент ориентируюсь на вот такие компоненты, но на счет зарядного не уверен. АКБ тоже может быть другой, но емкость не менее 8000-10 000 и обязательно плоский.

Значит аккумулятор я сам поставлю, не проблема, возможно порекомендуете еще какой то индикатор уровня заряда из готовых. Тогда вся задача сводится к доработке только программного кода.
