Есть готовый почтовый клиент на сервере (Roundcube) + почтовый ящик. Нужно что бы все письма отправлялись и приходили вовремя и не в спам с этого ящике, со сменами статусов заказа в CRM и что бы у них была правильная адаптивная верстка (на гитхабе есть несколько шаблонов готовых по доставке писем).
Так же нужно помочь разобраться со всеми статусами в CRM которые отвечают за доставку писем и смс + возможно прикрутить какой то сервис SMS (мне simsms прицепляли, но он что то не работает) и что бы он оповещал клиента на номер о том что клиента записали на услугу (на определенную дату) + за день до услуги напоминать про услугу + после услуги что бы приходило сообщение оценить качество услуги.
Работаю через сейф.

З спам фільтрами будеш довго бодатись спфами і іншою фігньою, і регулярно. На швидкість, і час прилітання емейлу, то не вплине також буде приходити, як захоче, або щразу, або через пару годин. Короч, рішили ми цю фігню телеграм нотіфікейшеном, прилітає моментально, сторінка аксеса не встигає ще догрузитись у клієнта, а інфа про заквз вже в менеджера в тєлєзі.
