Хозяйство обладает собственной базой и мобильными вагончиками для проживания 40-50 человек, новой спецтехникой, кошарами летними и зимними, водопоями летними и 50-60 км реки на зимний период, изолятором для лечения больных животных, хранилищами для зерноотходов, сенокосными площадями на 5 -6 тысяч тонн сена, площадями для выращивания зерновых культур и кукурузы.
