Что не так? Фото 1200х1600pix. При разрешении для печати 300dpi, получаем размер 3см на 4 см. Что "не так" я написал? (Но только без бреда про "экспертов" и "банеров по всей Европе").

Как увеличить (если быть точным фото 4inch на 5,3inch) до 30см на 40 см с улучшением качества? Да еще и сам оригинал ужасный.
