У меня есть шаблон файла в DOC/DOCX/...[выбор за вами, можно хоть html]
В этом файле есть места, которые надо заполнить передаваемыми значениями
В результате должен быть создан PDF файл
Этот PDF нужно подписать КЕП, с использованием https://acsk.privatbank.ua/smart-id (куча библиотек)
Все должно работать в автоматическом режиме на Linux в shell, все пароли и токены передаются в переменных окружения
Если вы знаете и умеете PAdES - будет плюсом
