I am looking for a Google advertising campaign manager for my shopify website, that has experience in the accessories / jewellery market, specifically in the US auditory segment ( / partly Europe ).

We need a google ad / social ad manager that will bring traffic at a reasonable price to our website.
I started running google ads in the budget of 25$, but I understood quickly that it requires a more professional hand. I already started segmenting the auditory, and I have few insights / ideas.
The current cost of CPC is around 1$. We need to get a target CPA max of 5$~, Ideally. Target number of sales for the first month is 30 sales.
You should have a tool like Semrush that will test the competitors, as our clients are in the auditory of “Pandora” brand in terms of pricing and quality, and we will need to find them out with your experience. Our rings, earrings, bracelets are made from Zirconia.
You as a professional should give:
An offer of your cost per campaign / Budget / month.
The budget you assume you need for such campaign
Proof of experience in Marketing in US / European market.
Decent English skills.
