What I will do
Feed in Merchant Center
I will rewrite titles/descriptions for search queries: format [Brand] [Category/model] [feature/size], add GTIN/MPN/brand, Google categories, attributes color/size/material, update lifestyle images for CTR.
I will enable Promotions/price competitiveness, add custom labels (margin, seasonality, bestsellers) for flexible bid and budget management.

Campaign structure
I will separate bestsellers into a separate campaign with its own budget; weak SKUs into another, so that top products are not "suffocated" by overall competition.
I will set up query sculpting in Standard Shopping: 2-3 campaigns with different priorities + negative lists, so that high-intent queries go into the "expensive" campaign, and general ones into the "cheap" one.
If necessary — Feed-only Performance Max to focus on Shopping and dynamic remarketing without "leakage" into video/display.
Bids and budget
Start with Manual CPC/eCPC on segments with low statistics; after 30-50 conversions per campaign — switch to tROAS with realistic goals and gradual increases.
I will regularly redistribute the budget from low-quality queries/products to bestsellers and high intent, cleaning search terms weekly.
Landing pages and speed
I will improve Core Web Vitals (LCP/INP/CLS) and mobile UX on key templates, which directly affects conversion from Shopping traffic.
Analytics and KPI
Control: share of impressions in Shopping for priority SKUs, quality of search term matching, share of high-intent queries, CR, number of applications, and cost per application from Shopping.
