To assess the cost and timelines, I need to understand:
● Can I review the website?
● Has the advertising worked/set up before? Are there accesses to Google Ads and Google Analytics/GTM?
● What is the current goal: applications/calls/sales, and what is the target for CPL/CPA?

● Checking bids/strategies/budgets, adjustments by geo/time/devices (if necessary)
● Checking conversions in Google Analytics/GTM + importing into Google Ads (to ensure applications are counted correctly)
● After making corrections — a brief report on what has been done and what the next steps are
