An agent for monitoring listings with scoring and alerts — I have already built such a system for tenders using the Prozorro and World Bank API (https://freelancehunt.com/showcase/work/multi-kanalna-sistema-monitoringu-tenderiv/1974821.html). The same logic: continuously scan → analyze → filter interesting items → send alert. The only difference is the domain — there it’s tenders, for you it’s yachts.

How I would implement it:
— The agent regularly collects listings from Swedish platforms
— GPT-4 analyzes the description in Swedish (understands the language without translation) and assigns a condition score: engine, hull, sails, year, overall impression of the description
— For each model — a database accumulates: price, condition, year, mileage on water
— Fair price = median/average of similar items over the last 2-3 years adjusted for condition
… — Alert in Telegram: only if the price is below market and the condition is above average

Questions:
Which Swedish sites are we searching? And most importantly — is there an archive of already sold yachts or only active listings?

Hello, Arsen, let's go through this project step by step. Initially, to be honest, I don't know how capable AI is of accurately assessing the quality of a yacht. After all, LLMs are prone to hallucinations. But overall, this project can be implemented as follows:
If using a free stack, then:

We take listing websites, get a list, additionally search by name, agents gather information, descriptions, and prices. We add an additional layer of parsing and price validation. And based on certain filters, we select alerts and send them. All this is done with support for multiple profiles and proxies.
If you are open to paid solutions, there are various ready-made solutions (you can check the Scrapling repository for searching and parsing). You can also use Perplexity, Brave, etc.
