Не совсем понятно, что значит "Импортировать базу tecdoc mysql в csv". Возможно, имелось в виду _экспортировать_?
Поставил неделю, но это перестраховка. Сроки заведомо завышены, конкретнее можно будет сказать после того, как будет возможность "пощупать" все руками. Форматы в tecdoc достаточно дикие, т.е. надо будет не просто эскпортировать, а конвертировать данные таким образом, чтобы их "съела" 1С. в общем, навскидку ничего пока сказать нельзя, нужно обсуждать детали. Но работа знакомая, доводилось в свое время писать свою оболочку для tecdoc-овской базы данных.
