We are looking for a creative and reliable Instagram Manager to help grow the profile of Sona Bashirova – u10w chess champion of Germany. Your job will be to turn our video material into inspiring Reels, manage the page professionally, and help us grow the community step by step. You need to know how to play chess.

About the Project:
Sona is one of the brightest young chess talents in Europe, representing Berlin and Germany at national and international tournaments.
We are building a professional, inspiring social media presence to share her journey, motivate other children, and attract sponsorships to support her chess career.
We provide all raw video materials (educational videos, tournaments, interviews, and daily life). You will edit them into engaging Reels, write captions, and manage posting strategy and analytics.
This is a long-term collaboration for someone who enjoys creative storytelling and understands social media growth through quality content.
Your Monthly Tasks:
Edit and optimize raw video clips (Reels/Shorts) into engaging posts
Create 8 posts per month (mix of Reels and carousel posts)
Write short and appealing captions with relevant hashtags
Research trending topics and audio for the chess/sports niche
Schedule and post content at optimal times
Track analytics and performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)
Join a 1-hour video call per month to review results and plan next content
Suggest content ideas and help plan future recordings
Goals / KPIs:
Consistency: 8 posts every month (4 of them are simple image carousel posts with puzzles)
Follower growth: minimum +10% per month (current base: ~500 followers)
Engagement: focus on organic reach, saves, and watch time
Transparency: share monthly reports and ideas for improvement
Budget:
💶 €200/month (fixed) – includes editing, posting, analytics, and the monthly call
💬 Performance bonuses are possible for exceptional results
This is a remote, long-term collaboration project.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English
Experience in organic Instagram growth (especially from 500 to 5000)
Portfolio with examples of accounts or Reels you’ve managed
