During the attempt to connect Polish suppliers and couriers (e.g., InPost, DPD, Orlen, DHL, Furgonetka), we encountered an integration problem because the system requires an IP token (EIP) to establish a connection.
Technical messages and documentation indicate that:
- the connection to external delivery services (API) is blocked due to the absence or incorrect IP token,
- Horoshop does not have native support for Polish suppliers,
- however, there is a possibility of manual connection through the EIP token in the system, which requires obtaining and activating it.
We would like to:
- Verify whether it is possible to obtain or purchase an IP token (EIP) that will allow connection with Polish suppliers,
- Determine how Horoshop can synchronize with Polish shipping systems (e.g., via API or integrators like Furgonetka, Apaczka, Sendego, etc.),
- If such an option is possible, commission the configuration and launch of the integration on the side of our Horoshop store.
Additionally, we noticed that some technical pages and forums state that Horoshop does not support Polish delivery methods — therefore, we want to confirm whether the problem lies in the absence of the IP token or platform limitations.
