Интеграция amoCRM
Здравствуйте!
1) Нужно интегрировать amoCRM с opencart 3 (https://manov.com.ua/)
Информация которая должна передаваться в СРМ
- Имя , фамилия
- почта
- телефон
- Способ оплаты (купить в 1 клик, купить в рассрочку и остальные способы)
- Адрес доставки
- Товар с размерами и опциями который приобрели
- сумма заказа
2) После заказа мы всегда выписываем договора, которые заполняем вручную.
- Нужно сделать чтобы с карточки клиента бралась информация и сразу заполнялся договор, который потом можно быстро скинуть в viber/почту
- Так само сделать бланк товара, который мы отсылаем производителю на почту.
3) Подключить Новую почту. Сможет ли виджет работать автоматически, если ттн создают наши производители и отправляют. Но отправляют от нашего имени и мы видим все наши посылки.
4) Подключить ip телефонию Binotel
5) Подключить электронную почту, чтобы сразу с СРМ отправлять письма и получать
6) Подключить все мессенджеры.
- Сейчас на сайте стоит jivosite, нужно заменить на amoCRM, чтобы был (онлайн чат, viber, telegram, facebook)
7) Сделать автоматические push-уведомления когда карточку товара переносишь по воронке (не везде)
