Good day.
We are engaged in personalized development of AI solutions. In particular, we have a number of cases for integrating voice assistants for incoming/outgoing calls.
We will study the CallsApp service, this is not a problem. As far as I understand, the setup needs to be done within this service with the integration of your ecosystem?

Why look for a contact in GetContact? We can simply save the number, poll it, and then enter all the data into your CRM system.

For outgoing calls, initiate the call with AI and transmit the call data to the CRM (setCall). For incoming calls, do we not create a client card in the CRM? Only for outgoing?

After the call, generate and attach a summary of the conversation to the order - this is what I mean, after briefing the client we will create a client card in the CRM system and add all the data according to the dialogue (summarized)
