It is necessary to set up automatic fiscalization of receipts for an online store of sports clothing, footwear, and accessories.
The store operates on the Shop-Express platform.
Payments come through the payment system Platon (connected by a dropper).
Also, some orders are managed in Google Sheets (our internal CRM).
It is required to ensure that fiscal receipts are created automatically, without manual input.
What needs to be implemented:
Connect the PRRO Checkbox to the site on the Shop-Express platform.
Set up automatic creation of a fiscal receipt upon online payment through Platon.
Configure the transfer of order data (product, amount, order number, customer phone) to the PRRO.
Connect Google Sheets, where order accounting is maintained:
when a new row/status of an order appears, a receipt is automatically created in the PRRO.
The receipt must automatically:
be sent to the customer (SMS / email / link)
be transmitted to the tax authority.
Set up a basic product nomenclature for receipts.
Desired result:
