Интеграция Telegram в переписку Perfex CRM
Настроить по API CRM с Telegram переписку прям в CRM.
Чтоб была возможность писать хоть с пк, телефона и crm и переписка везде дублировалась, а так же возможность отправки шаблонных ответов или предложений.
Так же рассмотреть возможность делать тоже самое с FB Messenger, WhatsApp и Viber, но это можно и потом или поэтапно.

Еще должна происходить валидация контакта в мессенджерах по номеру телефона.
Все переписки должны быть в отдельный блок в единой вкладке в "Лидах" и "Клиентах"

Идея создана для того чтоб отправка и переписка происходила с единого номера компании, а не с личных номеров менеджера
