Interactive chart widget required for WordPress

Are you a web developer that can create interactive front-end diagrams for websites?

In Scope: 
1. To create functionality to create front-end diagrams for websites that users can interact with.
Digrams that you need to create a solution for include: 
i] table - may summarise contents from an article
ii] process flow - may summarise simple step-by-step instructions, or basic project plan
iii] simple charts - simple scatter charts or pie charts

Interactiveness may include
i] table - a cell changes colour when hovered upon
ii] process flow - the connecter between nodes changes colour or subtly animated
iii] simple charts - a point in a scatter plot may change colour and subtly pulse with a pop when hovered on
Users may also toggle on and off variables, or filter data.

The design must be modern, clean, and fit the website's aesthetic. We can produce Figma illustrations.

The solution must be fast to load, responsive and compatible with multiple browsers, devices and OS.

2. Integrate functionality into existing WordPress websites
Back-end data can be stored on google sheets, excel

3. Integrate these tools to show data from our back-end systems
The data must connect to and flow quickly from the back end.

4. Provide simple instructions through screen recording tutorials so we can integrate these solutions easily into new WordPress websites.

Out of Scope:
- Data analysis
- Data governance or cleansing
- Design or development of the actual website
- Backend development unless it is required to complete your project

Data Context:
- Data will 2 or 3 dimensional
- Data will be relatively simple. For example either numerical or natural language (e.g. for instructional process flow or tables)
- Data will be static, ie not updated with user feedback
- Datasets will be around 200 lines max per diagram

Technology Context:
- Main code: Python, javascript
- Website: WordPress, javascript, HTML, CSS
- Storage: Google drive (main), local machine, Pinecone (for very  little)
- Data source: Google sheets
