Interview Caller

📢 Caller / Interviewer Collaboration – Long-Term Opportunity

We’re looking for a **professional Caller / Interviewer** to collaborate with our team and support real client interviews. This role focuses on **communication, interview leadership, and representation**, not coding.

You will act as the communication bridge between US companies and our developers during live interviews.

**Responsibilities:**

✔️ Lead or support live video interviews with clients  

✔️ Communicate clearly and professionally with interviewers  

✔️ Guide interview flow and clarify technical questions  

✔️ Represent our team confidently during calls  

**Requirements:**

✔️ Strong verbal communication skills  

✔️ Fluent, near-native English pronunciation  

✔️ Comfortable leading or co-hosting video interviews  

✔️ Technical background or experience in software development interviews  

✔️ Open to candidates from **all regions worldwide**  

✔️ Willing to sign a collaboration agreement  

**Compensation (Location-Based):**

🧪 **Trial Phase (until first successful hire):**  

• US / Canada: **$30/hr (passed) | $15/hr (failed)**  

• Other locations: **$20/hr (passed) | $5/hr (failed)**  

✅ **Standard Interview Phase:**  

• US / Canada: **$50/hr (passed) | $25/hr (failed)**  

• Other locations: **$30/hr (passed) | $10/hr (failed)**  

🔄 **Post-Hire (Ongoing Support):**  

• US / Canada: **20% of monthly salary**  

• Other locations: **10% of monthly salary**

**Important Note:**

✔️ US/Canada callers may use their own professional profile  

✔️ Non-US callers must attend interviews as **representation support under a US host profile**
