Looking for a Game Designer (Telegram game)

We already have a ready-made game (I will provide the link) — a criminal farm with Play-to-Earn elements, leveling, and in-game economy. Currently, we are looking for a game designer to strengthen the project: help develop the storyline, refine the economy, and add well-integrated paid features.

What needs to be done:

1. Storyline and lore:

• Describe engaging quests, characters, gangs, backstories, and events in the game world.

• Create the atmosphere and unique style of the game, where every detail contributes to the overall story.

• Implement story mechanics into player progression.

2. Economy and balance:

• Build systems for progression, upgrades, rewards, and restrictions.

• Work with metrics (retention, monetization, DAU/WAU) — understand how they relate to the economy.

3. Monetization and donations:

• Come up with interesting paid features, bonuses, boosts, subscriptions, and unique offers.

• Integrate them into the gameplay so that they feel natural, do not stand out, but generate revenue.

What we want to see:

• Experience in game design, especially in mobile or Telegram games.

• Skills in building economy and balancing free-to-play projects.

• Understanding of how monetization works and where the money is really made.

• Preferably — portfolio: prototypes, economy diagrams, quest scripts, etc.

• Experience with Web3, in-game tokens, NFTs, p2e, etc. is a plus.
