Добрый день. Я ознакомился с API tictok, и на мое субъективное мнение, это будет проще реализовать в качестве скрипта на python. Я могу вам с этим помочь.
За работу готов взяться сразу же по утверждению. Единственное что - потребуется чуть более точное ТЗ, в котором будет указано, какая статистика для сбора требуется и по каким криетриям(быть может тренды, либо просто лента определенного аккаунта).
