I especially liked the audio triggers. Standard APIs do not provide such capabilities; at a minimum, you need to write your own frequency filters. I don't know, maybe there are free open-source solutions, but overall, a quality audio filter can cost from $100. + a few separate tracks that need to be seamlessly synchronized...
There are very many animation scenes... all of this needs to work smoothly considering low-end devices, which requires a high level of optimization at all levels.
Video clips, like audio materials, are of course not included.

It's hard to immediately say even the price and especially the deadlines. And you probably definitely don't need such a thing. You need to look at your technical task.
