The company is looking for a HR specialist for ongoing collaboration in recruiting candidates of various levels — from technical specialists (mechanics, programmers) to managers and top positions (CEOs, marketers, etc.).
Tasks:
• Searching for candidates for open vacancies of different profiles;
• Conducting initial interviews (screening);
• Organizing and conducting secondary interviews with video recording;
• Assessing candidates' compliance with the requirements of the vacancies;
• Preparing a brief report on each candidate;
• Handling varying volumes of applications per month (workload may vary).
Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting (preferably with a wide range of positions);
• Proficiency in modern candidate search tools;
• Effective communication, politeness, responsibility;
• Knowledge of Polish will be a significant advantage.
Collaboration format: Remotely;
Long-term collaboration, payment based on results (for closed vacancies or by agreement).
