    Ассемблер не знает операционных систем, за то он отлично знает процессор. И поэтому под какой операционкой будет компилятор, для изучения ассемблера совершенно безразлично.

    Лично мне пока известен только один более-менее нормальный nasm. Но он далеко не везде совместим и интель синтаксисом. Потому вы бы сначала выбрали, Вам нужен ассемблер вообще или ассемблер Интеля
