я специализируюсь на Тильде и предоставляю услугу "Технический SEO-аудит и SEO-настройки сайта". В Тильде немного ограничены возможности глубокой настройки SEO, но я ознакомился с вашим ТЗ - по нему все пункты выполнимы.
Моя оценка по пунктам из вашего ТЗ:
1. выполнимо = 30-40 мин
2. выполнимо = 2-3 часа (нужно обсудить внешний вид страницы, т.е. ее дизайн)
3. выполнимо = 10-15 мин
4. выполнимо = 10-15 мин
5. выполнимо = 10-15 мин
… 6. выполнимо = 10-15 мин
7. выполнимо = 10-15 мин
8. выполнимо = 5-10 мин (первый вариант)
9. выполнимо = 20-35 мин (зависит от того, как сделано сейчас в админке Тильды)
