I looked at the task description. Such integrations with KeyCRM are usually done through API or webhook, so it is important to understand how your logic is currently structured.
I can help with:
* integrating FreePBX so that a client card is automatically created or opened during a call
* setting up the Nova Poshta block (creating waybills, delivery statuses)
* setting up the payment block in the client card

1. Is FreePBX already connected to the CRM or does the integration need to be done from scratch?
2. Should payments be pulled from the payment system or just marked manually?
