добавили украинскую локаль /UK но столкнулись с тем, что что бы сделать товары с украинскими названиями и описаниями нужно по сути создавать копии товаров. У нас обмен данными с учетной системой и такое решение приведет к тому что в учетной системе будет создаваться дубли товаров на разных языках.
Как мне кажется нужно делать товар один, но так что бы в тильда он в зависимости от локали отображался на том или другом языке, а еще англиский планируем...
Нужна консультация - как это сделать.
Не буду на 100% утверждать, но на 99%, что решение только с копированием и головняком с синхронизацией. Каталог Тильды пока что работает так, как он работает.

В действительности вы правильно рассуждаете, что каждая языковая версия, будет предусматривать создание категории товара к языковой версии сайта, карточки товара, описания и характеристики. Но проблема состоит в том, что она также должна отображаться и на стороне базы данных, а это артикул, цена, итд, а более того если еще есть различие по цвету или еще чем-то то это также нужно отображать + кол-во товара. С системой 1С - не все гладко.
Но я пробовал реализовать через МойСклад, там лучше, но так же не все гладко.

У нас МойСклад коннетор CommerceMl он создает в мой склад 2 товара (русский и украинский) а нам нужно что бы один товар был. Можно ли стредствами тильда сделать карточку товара мультиязычную? Или как вы решили проблему дубля в МойСклад?
Я не нашел этого решения, чтобы не дублировался товар. Я сделал просто интерфейс сайта страницы на укр., а каталог в него русский подгрузил.
И огромному сожалению, как это можно осуществить, чтобы товар не дублировался в базе данных, а продавался с каталога - я не нашел решения.
И вот если понимать, как продается товар в мульти язычном сайте допустим как в Индитекс с одной базой данных - это дилемма.
Но, это уже другие деньги и масштабы.
