Задача: (предистория)
Есть веб приложение (сайт, пхп движок самопис), за много лет сделали/накрутили уже много разного рода доработок и костылей (не будем скрывать не всегда это делалось системно). Из-за этого всего стала острая необходимость пойти по пути разделения клиенсткой части ( в основном это фронт-енд) и админской части (бек-енд), потому, что:
- для клиентов скорость работы приложения снизилась.
- не хватает современных маркетинговых и SEO плюшек, писать елементарные вещи заново не рентабельно.
- новый современный дизайн и стилистика
- ... и так далее...
И в первую очередь сделать быструю и качественную клиентскую часть.
Нужна консультация помочь правильно составить план (дорожную карту) этого разделения ? И самый главный вопрос по клиентской части, как это реализовать на современных техн фронт-енда, с чего начать, какие спецы нужны в команду и так далее (составить дорожную карту по клиентской части веб приложения).
Может кто то работал уже над подобного рода задачами и есть опыт, вэлкам!
