Там две проблемы. На странице блога с превью и на странице статьи (внизу) с превью и описанием.
Если с шаблоном сайта и плагинами все в порядке, то стоимость и сроки указанные в ставке верны, если проблема глубже, то надо оценивать дополнительно.
Нужен доступ к админке, чтобы разобраться.
