Базовое знание английского чтобы хотя бы по заголовкам понять о чем идет речь, и понятие как сделать перевод статей с помощью google translate.
Базовые навыки графических редакторов (обрезать картинку, заменить на ней текст с английского на русский без потери качества.)
Обязанности: ведение блога, с репостами в соц.сетях. Ответы на комментарии и вопросы. Написание обзорных и аналитических статей на заданную тему. Переводы статей. И связанное с этим.
