A psychology channel (95000 subscribers, channel management since 2017) is looking for a content manager-marketer for full support of the YouTube channel. This includes planning, creating, and releasing videos.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a proposal (with my approval). This means detailing in tables - when each video is released.
- Content creation. Currently, all content (long videos and shorts) is a compilation of live broadcasts. Therefore, it is necessary to review the live broadcast, create time codes, which will be the basis for editing (video clipping).
- Ordering video editing. Considering cutting out uninteresting/unnecessary parts. That is, creating a minimal brief for the editor. It is important to cut the video in a way that ensures high retention.
- Brainstorming video titles and cover captions to grab attention. A good marketing approach is needed here (aiming for a high CTR).
- Ordering video previews from a designer.
- Selecting tags, titles, hashtags (vid IQ). Knowledge of algorithms is mandatory.
- Uploading and scheduling videos in the YouTube creative studio.
- Writing video descriptions, time codes, adding hints, and final screens.
- Responding to subscriber comments.
Also, uploading and scheduling short videos on Instagram and TikTok.
Also, after my live broadcasts within 1 day (the sooner, the better), write time codes for the questions asked during the broadcast (sometimes I do broadcasts on weekends, so be prepared to work on weekends if needed).
Occasional content assistance if needed.
Report based on the checklist. Or a list of completed tasks at the end of the month.
Ideas, creativity are welcome - with prior discussion.
Preparing materials for the next month in advance, there is a lot of content.
1-2 videos and 4-6 shorts are released on the channel per week.
We can discuss payment based on the workload (number of prepared videos).
Requirements:
- Experience with YouTube channels (specify which ones, what you did)
- Understanding promotion techniques, algorithms, how to engage users.
- Creative approach to work
- Goal-oriented and able to achieve goals
- Available during working and evening hours (within reasonable limits, of course, not until midnight)
- Ability to make changes to the content plan and video release promptly, if necessary (this happens very rarely in reality)
- Continuous development in online promotion and interest in learning.
