First part of the task: Viber with a single number or link, so that when entering the chat, an old client immediately writes to their manager, a new client would have the choice: to place an order or to get a consultation, they make a choice and enter the selected chat.
Second part of the task: all correspondence is stored in the CRM (Odoo) in the cards of the respective clients.
The Viber bot receives messages from the user and immediately directs them according to the scenario to the respective manager.
Conversely, it is simpler, the manager writes to the client.
1) The Viber bot is public, with a link on the website and any other place
2) When transitioning, the user must be divided into new or known, the new user receives two buttons: Get a consultation, Get an invoice
3) When transitioning, they reach the manager of the respective scenario, which can be changed by the administrator
4) The known user enters the chat with the manager to whom they are assigned (info in CRM)
5) Correspondence is stored in the CRM in the user's card, the identifier is the user's phone number
6) The manager independently chooses the user to write to, having two groups of users - those assigned to them and all other users in the system
