Cost estimator AVK

Construction Company that conducts construction and installation works funded by budgetary funds in the territory of Kyiv and Kyiv region — invites a cost estimator to join the staff.

What you will need to do:

• preparation of contractual prices according to the statement of work volumes (AVK-5);
• preparation of estimates for additional works not provided for in the project (AVK-5);
• preparation of calendar schedules based on object estimates with DC (Excel);
• monthly certification of KB-3, KB-2v (AVK);
• collaboration with the supply department regarding prices for material resources (Excel);
• collaboration with subcontractors, verification of DC and acts KB-2v (AVK-5);
• keeping a register of acts of acceptance of completed works (Excel);
• working with accounting on accumulation tables (Excel);
• managing document flow CONTRACTOR-TECHNICAL SUPERVISION-CLIENT.

Professional requirements:

• secondary or higher construction education;
• work experience of at least 2 years in similar positions;
• confident user of Excel and AVK;
• knowledge of estimating standards;
• ability to read drawings;
• knowledge of construction technologies;
• attention to detail;
• self-organization;
• ability to work in a team.
