Здравствуйте. Логотипы всегда рисуются в векторе. Потому что векторное изображение можно масштабировать сколько угодно. А файлы PSD - это растровое изображение. При увеличении оно потеряет свое качество. Вы уверены, что Вам нужен формат PSD?

В Фотошопе можно и вектор сделать.

Фотошоп- это изначально растровая программа. И вектором она не станет никогда. Даже если Вы поставите максимальное разрешение, изображение все равно останется растровым и при масштабировании потеряет своё качество. Если вы из фотошопа сохраните в формате eps, изображение также не станет векторным.

Да! Фотошоп растровый. Но, видимо, мало кто знает что вектор там тоже создаётся. Сложнее, но можно. Хотя бы возьмите векторные примитивы и "Перо". Логотип состоящий из таких "путей" можно экспортировать в вектор. Я это не от балды написал. Не стоит отрицать что в Фотошопе есть векторные функции. Я это имел в виду. И я сам делаю логотипы в Иллюстраторе, потому что там удобно.
