Project essence:
Creation of a new service for providing services in the form of service packages that the subscriber can connect using eSIM technology.
1 The service should be provided in the form of a mobile application on Android and iOS platforms, built using https://ionicframework.com/docs/angular/overview
2 A simple and short path from the moment of opening the application to purchasing a service package. Two design options must be provided for design approval
3 Simple account creation using Google account or Apple ID. Support for registration via referral link (referral links will be provided by our API)
4 After opening the application, the subscriber should see a list of countries and search (the list will be provided by a separate backend)
5 After selecting a country, a list of packages and currencies for connection should be displayed (the list will be provided by a separate backend)
6 Each package should contain an option to view detailed information about the package (information will be provided by a separate backend)
7 Availability of local (one country), regional (regional grouping), and global (worldwide) search options and display of package information.
8 After selecting a package, it should redirect to the payment page where the payment method can be chosen and payment made (payment via iPay and ApplePay services respectively)
9 After successful payment (only the first time in the respective country), a QR code should be provided for the installation and activation of eSIM. (QR for eSIM activation will be provided by a separate backend, payment confirmation via iPay and ApplePay services respectively). Further purchases without QR code
10 The application should have English and Ukrainian interfaces with the possibility of adding other languages in the second phase of the project (Spanish, German, and Chinese).
11 Customer support and feedback
11.1 Providing users with the ability to contact support in case of questions, problems, or requests. (telegram viber)
11.2 Availability of package usage statistics in the application (pie + bar dashboard)
11.3 Availability of an initial interactive guide.
